1. Who We Are

Way2Go Driving School is operated by Andy Hughes, a sole trader registered in England. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to Way2Go Driving School.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Post or transmit false, misleading, or offensive content

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Online Courses & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing enrolments.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once course content has been accessed. If you experience a technical problem preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

6. Driving Lessons

Driving lessons are arranged between learners and individual ADI instructors. Way2Go Driving School acts as an introduction platform. Your instructor's own terms (including cancellation policy) apply to lesson bookings. We are not liable for the conduct of individual instructors, though we require all instructors to meet our standards.

7. Instructor Accounts

Instructors applying to join the Way2Go network must:

• Hold a valid DVSA ADI registration
• Provide accurate information during signup
• Maintain appropriate insurance for their teaching activities

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any instructor from the network without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, and design — is owned by Way2Go Driving School or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Way2Go Driving School is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
